and saying…no way! If you don’t work hard, you won’t make any

If a
person works himself too hard in the gym, the body simple will

there was a moral to the story it would be that there are no
magic formulas and that the body does have a limit. When
pushing oneself beyond the limits of good sense, success will
not be achieved…it will be eradicated.

under working the same routine butmixing up the exercises
